Kaga

Kaga mod was created by Jona originly for FO2 Mac. MIB88 created his own version for the MIB88 Megamod and Killap had also created a version for his Restoration Project.

Kaga is the "other" Chosen One and is out for revenge.

When enough damage is inflicted on him, he'll flee to fight another day. Killing him won't change anything, as there will still be encounters by him.
