Created by TeamX it is now part of New Vision 1.2
A big mod for Fallout 2, this one will change the following:
- SpecialEncounters appear more often
- Enclave patrols are much more dangerous
- Ammo (bullets) is more expensive & rarer
- Temple of Trials has some changes
This version includes 1 bonus script (Klint) and dialog with him in Russian. The Readme is also in Russian. 5 new (changed) splash and car with a new color and new music.
