The wiki will be: 1) a place for documentation of Fallout 2 and Tactics editors (and the future Fallout 3 construction set), Fallout file formats and modding techniques 2) a database of Fallout mods, both the available ones and those in construction 3) a place where modders who don't want to set up their own wikis can collaborate on their projects.
