V14 AKA Abyssal Whip, is a Russian mod created by Austin and translated by Team MIB for inclusion in the MIB88 Megamod, which is now integrated. One of the best features is the Lt. Lou frames in the form of a set of amour for Marcus. This mod adds Vault 14 to the game. Vault 14 was a stronghold for the remnants of the Master's army. Beware: this is no easy location to get through. You'd better be ready for some tough enemies if you enter.
